Our headquarters are based in Guadalajara, Jalisco and we have been serving all of Mexico since 1991. We provide Fiscal and Legal Consulting, Auditing, and Family Business services.
The Sr. Business Consultant - Process Management will take strategic direction from our Business Intelligence Manager and our CEO to help us scale and collaborate directly with a cross-functional organization.
What you will do:
- Project monitoring of services and initiatives of our core company strategy.
- Virtual and/or in-person sessions to align with our clients.
- Generate processes and procedures for the required documentation and layouts.
- Planning and support to our clients for institutionalization and professionalization.
- Client prospecting and redirection to our Business Development department and/or our CEO.
Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Organizational Development or Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
- 4+ years of experience with client-facing consulting or exposure to organizational development strategies.
- Procedures and Documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great self-management skills and goal-oriented.
- Quality standards and/or certifications (ideally but not required.
