Responsibilities:

• Attracts, finds and screens candidates using a diverse array of tools, sources and innovative techniques in a highly-competitive market

• Provides full-cycle recruiting and onboarding support including conducting initial phone screens, scheduling interviews with the business line, soliciting feedback from both the hiring manager as well as the candidate and preparing and extending offers

• Participates in job fairs, meetup events, college recruiting and other events as needed to promote job openings and company branding

• Bachelor’s student

• Must have strong research and sourcing skills for the purpose of identifying hard to find talent

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment

• High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems and Internet applications

• Proven ability to multi-task and successfully problem solve

• Proficient in English

• Able to consistently work 20 hours per week
