OBJECTIVE:
Develop a Learning Culture and assure the continuous education focused on developing Hard and Soft Skills of all USI Collaborators.
EDUCATION BACKGROUND:
B.B.A or B. Eng. (HR Administrative, Industrial Engineer or any related degree to Administrative field). MBA or Master degree is a Plus.
Advance English Level (Conversational). Mandarin or Portuguese is a Plus.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
5 Years in Training area or at least 3 years of experience as a SR L&D or Training Specialist
Experience Leading Teams and as Internal Instructor at all levels of the company
Responsible for "On the Job Training & Certification process"
To maintain Training documentation updated
Implementing in site Global Talent Development Programs
Knowledge in Diverse Learning Strategies
Developing and leading "Work - life balance programs"
Implementing Cross Training Matrix at all levels of the company
Execution of TNA (DNC) and management of the “Annual Training Plan”
Administration of STPS Requirements
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Safe Management of External Audits and of customers
Responsible for DL's and IDL's On the Job Training & Certification process
To maintain Training documentation updated
Evaluate pool talent by 9 Box Grid assessment, Identify Hi - Potential & Succession Planning to Managers level and SR.
Responsible for Annual Training Plan & OJT Recertification
Development of Organizational Culture & OD Programs: Corporate Values, IDP, Career Plan, Competencies Framework, International Mobility for Training
Deployment of corporate programs and of HR
Leadership Programs at all levels of the company
Internal Instructor & Development of Internal Instructors (TTT)
Coaching to manager level & Internal Instructor
Presentation and monitoring of training indicators with the VP and his staff
Implementation of Work - life balance programs, etc.
