Coordinates technical interviews with technical panel and Hiring Managers.
Follow up with offered candidates for documentation.
Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist with onboarding and hiring process.
Attend Job fairs and recruitment events.
Profile and Required skills:
Student of 7° Semester or above
Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related career
Bilingual- 80% verbal English
Outstanding communication and Interpersonal skills
Strong Negotiation skills
Fast learner, results driven
Problem solving skills, analytical skills
Desirable previous experience with recruitment and competency-based interviews.
