Our Marketing team is looking for an individual to join the team and take over reporting and analysis tasks, as well as daily management of paid search activities.
This is an entry-level role for an individual that possesses strong analytical skills, has an interest in digital marketing and is willing to learn new skills. An ideal candidate for this role will have a curious mindset, detail-oriented aptitude, ability to identify key metrics in large sets of data and present them it easy-to-digest formats.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Analytics
Export, manipulate and organize data for reports and analysis
Create and update monthly and quarterly reports including, but not limited to, pricing comparison, sales data, marketing budgets, campaign performance and campaign structural support
Review and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for sales and marketing team
Work with the team to identify key metrics to improve campaign effectiveness
Identify and make recommendations to marketing team
Assist with development of performance and KPI dashboards
Paid Search
Manage paid search/ campaigns in multiple markets and languages
Plan and launch campaigns for new products or markets (start up)
Identify the need for creative materials to support campaigns
Conduct keyword research
Develop and optimize search and display ads
Manage quarterly and yearly budgets
Provide monthly and quarterly metrics reports
Other Responsibilities
As a junior member, provide administrative support to the BOT LATAM Marketing team as needed (internal communications will represent 10 to 15% of your time, 20 to 25 % focused on BOT LATAM edutainment division and the rest of your time should be focused to support and develop BOT LATAM fitness retail start up client);
Assist with planning, execution and reporting on engagement campaigns
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or related field
1-2 years of professional experience (preferably in a Marketing role)
Highly proficient in MS Excel; possess strong analytics skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, statistical analysis tools is a plus
Knowledge of English language and Pardot, Sales Force and data visualization is highly desired but not required; other languages are a plus
More details this is a full-time position 9 am – 6 pm schedule and we are offering a monthly salary of $9,000 + bonus and benefits.
