We are looking for 2 new members of the team for positions as Sales Representative of Paper Chemical Products. In this role you’ll work to generate incremental sales through our chemical products for paper market. You will also optimize the ROI, closing sales and looking for new ways to expand the market.
The position is based in home office scheme and we provide transportation and communication tools.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as Sales Representative. His/Her role's responsibilities include managing and guiding all aspects of projects from inception through execution, cultivating of internal, as well as external relationships. Key attributes being sought include exceptional communication skills, unwavering attention to detail, and an innate desire for teamwork and integration. This is a demanding and challenging position with development opportunities which requires the following profile:
- Pulp & Paper Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Biology. Pulp & Paper degree preferred.
- Excellent knowledge about Pulp and Paper Chemical Market
- Excelling in sales management
- Excellent for human relations, team work, sales, pro-active, high responsibility
- Excellent for new business development
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, financial reports.
- Traveling availability
- Strong solution sales skills and business analysis
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- English fluent - an English interview is scheduled
- Portuguese is a plus
The main role's responsibilities include:
- Sales of chemical products for pulp and paper market
- Achieving sales goals
- Managing the portfolio of sales target projects to maximize speed and efficiency to convert into business
- Managing the resolution of customer claims to avoid attrition
- Building Customer relationships
- Supporting market data gathering, competitor research, technical support for other Associates or customers, etc.
- Supporting contract management efforts, account receivables, etc.
- Encouraging and promoting new Technologies according to Company strategy
- Coordinating with R&D to identify, develop and commercialize new technologies
